At HairByPD, we take pride in delivering high-quality, hand-constructed wigs with care and efficiency.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your unit is on pre-order, processing time will be up to 2 weeks before shipment.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders will be shipped via FedEx and will arrive within 3-5 business days for U.S. customers.
  • Tracking Information: Your tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We gladly serve international customers; however, please note that:

  • Import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and can range from $100-$150 USD, depending on the destination country.
  • International shipping times may vary. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. HairByPD ensures that each wig is crafted with precision and care, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
